Ingredients
Scale
- 4–6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add other herbs and spices like rosemary, oregano, or chili powder to the seasoning mix.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
