- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (an 8×8 inch dish works well).
- Top with crumbled blue cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped chives, if desired, before serving.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use a hotter buffalo wing sauce or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- If you don’t have blue cheese, you can omit it or use more cheddar cheese.
