Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped celery, chopped onion, dried cranberries, chopped parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the beaten egg and breadcrumbs to the turkey mixture. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing balls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
