Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Lemon zest
• Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and sear salmon skin-side down.
- Flip and cook until nearly done.
- Add butter and garlic.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest.
- Spoon sauce over salmon and serve
