- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: prosciutto slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sear seasoned beef cubes quickly.
- Cook mushroom mixture until thick.
- Cut puff pastry into squares.
