Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine Velveeta cheese, Rotel, and milk.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and smooth.
  3. If using, stir in onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • For a thinner dip, add a little more milk.
  • For a spicier dip, use the “hot” version of Rotel or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
