  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If chicken breasts are thick, pound them to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well.
  4. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
