- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or jarred, drained)
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If chicken breasts are thick, pound them to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well.
- Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- If desired, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the cream cheese mixture.
