- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy dip, you can add a little more mozzarella or Parmesan on top before baking.
- If you prefer a smoother dip, you can pulse the artichoke hearts in a food processor before adding them to the mixture.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
