Description

A creamy, cheesy, and utterly delicious spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for any gathering or as a comforting snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy dip, you can add a little more mozzarella or Parmesan on top before baking.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can pulse the artichoke hearts in a food processor before adding them to the mixture.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
