Instructions

  1. Combine cubed Velveeta cheese and undrained Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies in a medium saucepan. If using, add the chopped green chilies.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the Velveeta is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
